This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a snack bar. I remember when the staff helped me find dining options on my first stay. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The location is convenient, just off the freeway with easy access to many restaurants. However, there was no shampoo, coffee maker, or alarm clock in the room, which was disappointing. The room appeared to be recently remodeled, but the lack of basic amenities really detracted from the experience. It's a budget option but lacks essential conveniences for a more enjoyable stay.

great park views and close to local attractions
During my one-night stay, I appreciated being just a short walk from Bear Lake and the serene Greenhorn Mountain Wilderness Area, which made exploring the area both convenient and enjoyable as a weekend traveler. I also found nearby dining options like Country Kitchen Restaurant just a few steps away, adding to the overall ease of my visit.

A Family-Friendly Oasis That Exceeds Expectations!
Enjoyed a delightful one-night stay with my family. The room's cleanliness impressed me, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on the coffee at the lobby—perfect for early risers! Book ahead to get a ground-level room for easy access with kids.

The room had a decent layout and enough space for comfortable movement the bed was somewhat comfortable for a night's sleep. The location provided easy access to main roads which was convenient for traveling.
The overall experience was marred by several issues.

poor cleanliness and overpriced fumigated rooms, but kids can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool
Room cleanliness needs improvement.

not great, super noisy!
So, I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and it was kinda rough. The heater didn't work, and we froze! The manager was really unhelpful, just told us to leave when we complained. It felt run down and loud, with odd smells. The only good thing was the snack bar. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
